The Human Happiness Beyond Attachment.

The Attachment = The Pain.

The key to a human happiness and peace of mind is detachment.

Our minds are tentative to attach, to what we own and what we have, and when those things pass and people leave, we are in pain. Similiarly, if we go a little deeper and are more aware that we attach not to things but to the feeling that those things are making us to experience within, so-to-say spiritually, we experience a deep state of joy, a deep state of peace and a tranquil mind when we just float with so much ease. It feel so fulfilling and easy and beautiful that we attach because we want to feel it all the time, we want to be at that state of being every moment we are alive because outside of it we are back to the reality that bring us the distractions and chaos… and we attach to those feelings and states of being.

The day when we don’t feel that peaceful or joyful, the days when we expect the sun to shine so bright and it starts raining, we start to resist the rain trying to make the sun to come out, trying to make ourselves to feel what we don’t feel, start to judge our thoughts that block that peace of mind.

So… we fight. and the fight bring the pain, the attempts to control the ever-uncontrollable life bring the internal pain.

When we attach to anything, we create dependence on something outside of our control, we create the addiction to the things that we cannot at all times provide for ourselves. and when the time comes when we cannot satisfy our internal need to receive what we are attached to, what we created the state dependency on… we start to fight, force, control… and never succeed because 0% of things that are going on around us and within us are up to our minds that are always trying to control.

The Detachment gives you the flexibility to adopt, the ability to flow with the change, the ability to flow with anything that comes and anything that goes, the ability to surrender to what is and to accept all things and situations the way they are with the trust within that all is just the way it is meant to be.

Experience all moments states and things once you have a chance to experience them

When they are gone, welcome new ones. Allow the God to lead, not your mind, because the human mind is infinite and limited based on the past experience and traumas we have had in our lifes. When we surrender through the detachment and releasement of the control, the magic happens.

The flexibility is a key to avoid the human suffering, the flexibility to adopt to the ever-changing world, to adopt the the life situations and conditions accepting them the way they are, and not attaching ourselves to anything.
